Seasonal opening period from April 12th to 31st of October

Services included in the booking

Consumption of water, electricity, gas (for Kitchen use). Bed linen and towels, pool towels, kitchen linen (weekly change). WI-FI, TV, Prime Video, library, parking, barbeque. Baby seat and baby cot (up to two years) on request.

Services not included in the booking
Heating consumption € 2 per m3. Extra single bed (included bed and bath linen) €15 per day, final cleaning € 200, extra cleaning € 15 per hour, extra change of linen during the stay €10 per person. These services wil be paid locally

Payment types

As confirmation of the booking we require the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total price at the time of booking, 20% of the total price 20 days before arrival. Payment balance on arrival of the customer

It is not possible to receive payments by credit or debit card

Booking cancellation

20% from 42 days to 29 days before arrival; 50% from 28 days to15 days before arrival; 75% from 14 days before arrival; 

100% in case of no show

Reservation rules 

Weekly reservation with check- in and check- out on saturday There is the possibility of short (minimum 4 nights) with arrival and departures any days of the week, exclusively for period from 12/04/2025 to 13/06/2025 and from 06/09/2025 to 31/10/2025 

The rules of Villa Carlotta

Check-in from 16:00p.m. to 19:00p.m. for any delays please advise the owner promptly
Check-out strictly within 10:00a.m. The stay reserved exclusively for the persons indicated in the booking. For registration purposed, guests will be asked for a copy of their identity document and fill in the privacy form. old Structure not suitable for persons in wheelchairs and elderly persons with walking problems ( stairs to access any rooms)

Security deposit

Cash payment on arrival Euro 600 – The day of departure the property will be inspected – in the event of damages, subjet to agreements of the amount of the same, this amount will be deducted from the deposit paid, in case of damages with an amount exceeding the deposit, the guests will be pay an additional amount.
